Throughout the construction process, the project maintained a cost deviation of only 1.6% due to unforeseen extras, reflecting a high level of prior definition and strong financial control throughout the entire build.

The developer, who resides in Barcelona, visited the site only twice. All project monitoring was carried out through online communication, regular reporting, and remote control, ensuring full transparency and peace of mind throughout the entire process.

The home is delivered fully finished and furnished, with a carefully curated selection of materials, furniture, and finishes, including landscaped, planted, and maintained grounds or even alarm and insurance management.
